Tara Ann Bouzianis is Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She
received her Associated Degree in Nursing at Beth Israel School
of Nursing in New York, New York, her Bachelors of Science
Degree at Adelphi University in Garden City, New York and her
Master of Science Degree with a completion of a post-masters
Adult Nurse Practitioner at the University of Central Florida
While completing her Masters Degree, Tara practiced as a
Registered Nurse with certification in Critical Care and
Medical-Surgical Nursing.
Tara is member of The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners,
The Central Florida Advanced Nursing Practice Council and Sigma
Theta Tau National Honor Society of Nurses.
