Jason
Lemoine, M. D
 Dr.
Lemoine was born in Altus, Oklahoma and moved to Orlando in 1972. He received
his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida. He completed his medical
education, surgical internship and urology residency at the University of South
Florida in Tampa.
He is residency trained in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery. In
2004, he returned to practice urology in Orlando due to his continued close ties
with family and friends in the area. He enjoys tennis and fishing in his spare
time.
